Approach to Therapy
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These evidence-based approaches allow me to help clients face their fears, reduce avoidance behaviors, and develop a healthier relationship with their thoughts and emotions.

With children, I integrate play therapy techniques into treatment, recognizing the importance of play as a natural way for children to express themselves and process their emotions. Play therapy allows me to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate space where children can work through their challenges in a way that feels comfortable and supportive. This approach helps build trust, fosters creativity, and reinforces the skills they are learning in therapy.

For adults, I tailor interventions to meet individual needs, providing tools to reduce anxiety, navigate intrusive thoughts, and build meaningful lives aligned with personal values.
